Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for her wide variety of roles across film TV, theatre, and film. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards such as Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actor. She first came to recognition playing twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love on the soap opera Another World (1987-1991) winning her a Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The late 1990s saw her gain prominence due to her roles in the crime drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the horror film I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart is an American actor from the United States. Her birth name is Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She is best known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is the daughter of actress June Lockhart. Her grandfather was an actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career in the early years. The film T is for Tumbleweed, Lockhart's first film role came when she was just four years old. The film, which was a short one subject, was selected for the academy award. She spent time with her mother on the film set, where she learned about the inner workings of the business. Lockhart was featured in a variety of seasons of Lassie. Dora in Jory, 1972 was Lockhart's first film. Joan Crawford's daughter was her character on The Sixth Sense, a show on television in 1972. Joan was the last actress to appear in The Sixth Sense. Anne has been reported to have rejected Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween thriller) and Jaime Lee Curtis took the role. Carpenter claimed it was Anne's first selection for the role however she turned down the role. Anne doesn't recall ever approached from John Carpenter nor being offered the position. Perhaps one of her representatives decided to decline the part on her behalf without informing her. Glen Larson sent her an preliminary draft of script that she was to use as a character in 1978's television program Battlestar Galactica. She originally rejected the position because she felt her character was weak. Glen created a completely brand new character, Sheba and it was more powerful. She was able to accept the Living Legend's script after she read its first pages. The film ran for one season. She co-starred in Joyride along with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
